Little miracle of joy



Yashodhan received two units of blood. After spending 35 days in the ICU, he was discharged and is now seen relaxed at home with his father Sumendren and mom Preshanta. He consults the doctor on regular intervals.

Baby Yashodhan Pillay was born on May 6 2007 with the umbilical cord three times around his neck. It caused various complications including cardiac arrest, kidney failure and blood in the urine.

The Pillays wish to thank SANBS, blood donors and uncle Dayalan Pillay (who was the directed donor) for their support during this crucial time.
