Note 1: · Bidders that are not on the SANBS supplier database should register themselves on https://www.sanbs.org.za/supplier-portal to partake in the tender. · Once successfully registered, you will receive access to the SAP portal. Please follow the steps below: 1. Log in using Username and Password (If the password does not allow access, please email Lesego Skommere at Lesego.Skommere@sanbs.org.za and cc Vincent.Shabangu@sanbs.org.za) 2. Open Tenders (RFPO) are listed under Public Events. To continue, click on the icon next to the above-mentioned tender name. 3. Click on the message that reads ‘Click here if you will be attending the tender briefing’ (this is a required step for all public events). The Tender status will change to 'Pending’, and procurement has to grant access to the tender. Please send an email to Vincent.Shabangu@sanbs.org.za to notify that access has been requested. 4. Once access has been granted to the tender, it will appear under Active Auctions, RFx and Express requests. · Should you need further assistance with registration, please email Lesego Skommere at Lesego.Skommere@sanbs.org.za · Kindly ensure that Internet Explorer is used as the web browser to access the registration portal. Please note that any other web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) are not compatible at this stage
